A powerful magnitude 7.3 earthquake struck late Saturday off the coast of Tohoku, leaving at least 50 people injured and knocking multiple power plants offline.
Nationwide, at least 950,000 homes were without power as of midnight, top government spokesman Katsunobu Kato said at a news conference. Kato later said that multiple power plants in the nation were offline.
The quake, which was also felt in Tokyo, where it registered a 4 on the Japanese scale, struck at around 11:07 p.m., according to the Meteorological Agency

The event began with a powerful earthquake off the northeastern coast of Honshu, Japan’s main island, which caused widespread damage on land and initiated a series of large tsunami waves that devastated many coastal areas of the country, most notably in the Tōhoku region (northeastern Honshu). The tsunami also instigated a major nuclear accident at a power station along the coast.

Or 9 years, 11 months, 3 days including the end date.
Or 119 months, 3 days including the end date.

Conclusion
We don't really have a conclusion because we still don't know what this all means.
As you can see in this article: the numbers 9 and 11 can be found a few times and on various places in both events.

3 + 3 = 6. And the number 6 can be viewed as the number 9, upside down.

And there's another interesting strange thing. The news article of japantimes.co.jp about the second earthquake of 2.13.2021 mentioned two different times regarding the earthquake.

What Does It Mean?
Are we just looking for these numbers and find them in various events but they don't heave a real meaning to it? Are the numbers popping up to show us something? Are these just random numbers?
