Can Artificial Intelligence Speak to Animals Or Talk with Animals?

It has always been a big question throughout the history of mankind and the animal kingdom: can humans talk with animals?

There's an increase of technotronic gadgets that work with the power of the mind. Telepathic electronics. These gadgets could have been tested on animals and humans. Perhaps it's already known for some, that humans can communicate with animals. There are various examples of monkeys, dolphins and pets, who can communicate with humans. If you have a pet, then you may have experienced sincere communication with your pet friend.

Let's start with a famous monk from the old days: Francis of Assissi. He's a legend in the world of animal conversations.

St. Francis talking to the wolf of Gubbio (Carl Weidemeyer, 1911)
Many of the stories that surround the life of Francis say that he had a great love for animals and the environment. The "Fioretti" ("Little Flowers"), is a collection of legends and folklore that sprang up after his death. One account describes how one day, while Francis was travelling with some companions, they happened upon a place in the road where birds filled the trees on either side. Francis told his companions to "wait for me while I go to preach to my sisters the birds."[34] The birds surrounded him, intrigued by the power of his voice, and not one of them flew away. He is often portrayed with a bird, typically in his hand.
Another legend from the Fioretti tells that in the city of Gubbio, where Francis lived for some time, was a wolf "terrifying and ferocious, who devoured men as well as animals". Francis went up into the hills and when he found the wolf, he made the sign of the cross and commanded the wolf to come to him and hurt no one. Then Francis led the wolf into the town, and surrounded by startled citizens made a pact between them and the wolf. Because the wolf had "done evil out of hunger", the townsfolk were to feed the wolf regularly. In return, the wolf would no longer prey upon them or their flocks. In this manner Gubbio was freed from the menace of the predator.

King Solomon

Another famous animal communicator was; King Solomon.

He understood everything about animals and birds, reptiles and fish. Sent by kings from all over the earth who had heard of his reputation, people came from far and near to listen to the wisdom of Solomon.

Artificial Intelligence

Animals often speak via the telepathic communication channels. And recently the humans claimed that their A.I. invention can talk to animals. The big question we like to ask is: can Artificial Intelligence also talk WITH animals?

Humans could soon communicate with animals, as scientists worldwide are using artificial intelligence to speak to bees, elephants and whales, but one expert fears the power could be used to manipulate the wild species.
Enabling humans to speak with different species could create a 'deeper sense of kinship, or a sense of dominion and manipulative ability to domesticate wild species that we've never as humans been able to previously control.'
In 2018, researchers with the Dahlem Center for Machine Learning and Robotics in Germany designed the RoboBee that mimics the waggle dance of bees, which is used to relay information to each other.
The robot, which looks nothing like a real life bee, is designed as a sponge with wings and attached to a rod that controls its movements.

Captive chimpanzees understand English as well as a human 2 year old¹¹ and use signs from Human sign languages⁵. Dolphins jointly coordinate their actions to open containers¹⁴ and perform novel tricks⁹. A parrot can reliably report the number or color of an item¹⁰. And prairie dogs sound the alarm that a tall human wearing white is approaching fast¹²!
Do animals use language? And if so, can we use A.I. to talk with them?

Humans are usually pretty good at picking up acoustic differences in animal calls that they are familiar with,” he said, adding that “as artificial intelligence-based algorithms for classifying signals become more advanced, they will very rapidly get to the point where they can do that better than humans can.”
And the early signs are promising. In 2017, scientists were able to identify a number of different Marmoset calls with about 90-percent accuracy. In the same year, another team was able to identify when a sheep is in distress based on feeding an AI images of their facial expressions alone. Combining these two ideas would provide a more holistic understanding of what animals might be trying to say.

Future Fauna

Imagine a future where a global A.I. is taken seriously by the whole of mankind. And this A.I. can talk with animals. Resulting in a world where humans can communicate with animals. And the animals are taken more seriously as well. They get more animals rights. Perhaps the same rights as human citizens.

This will change the world completely. Many humans of the planet Earth will become vegetarian. Because many people don't want to eat animals that are able to communicate. The collective mind and energy grid of the planet Earth will have a more positive vibe. Because there will be less abuse, torture and killing of millions of animals per day.

If you're able to talk with animals, whether it be in a natural (telepathic) way of via an A.I., then what would you say to a cow, chicken, pig or goat? Or any other member of the Animal Kingdom?

And what about the insects? Can the A.I. also talk to the caterpillar, fly of bee? What if the A.I. is able to communicate with the bugs we supposed to eat, according to the WEF syndicate?
You know there's a propaganda campaign going on to push the citizens to eat insects.  If it turns out that insects can talk to us, via the A.I. , would you still eat the insects?
