The chaos would not be complete without attacks on power stations. And this is exactly what's happening in the United States. Will other countries experience the same acts of sabotage by the: “guerrillas by night instead of armies by day“?

The first attack that was widely reported by the media, was the Moore County, North Carolina attacks on substations, on 3.12.2022.

Moore County substation attack
On December 3, 2022, a shooting attack was carried out on two electrical distribution located in Moore County, North Carolina, United States. Damage from the attack left up to 40,000 residential and business customers without electrical power. Initial estimates were that up to four days could be required to fully restore power in the area. A state of emergency and corresponding curfew were enacted by local government officials in the wake of the incident.

Attack on North Carolina electric grid 'new level of threat,' governor says
North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper on Monday warned of a “whole new level of threat” after this weekend’s gunfire attacks on two electrical substations that left almost an entire county in the freezing dark.
Authorities are keeping details of the investigation close to the vest, saying only that the damage was done by firearms. However, Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields on Monday indicated that whoever orchestrated the attacks knew how to take out the substations.
The saboteur “knew exactly what they were doing to do the damage and cause the outage that they did,” Fields said.

More Attacks

There have been more attack prior to the Moore County substation attack. And it seems that there was no media coverage at that time, regarding the other power stations attacks.

Attacks on grid infrastructure in 4 states raise alarm
Shootings at two electric substations in North Carolina last weekend are among the numerous threats posed to U.S. electric infrastructure since mid-October, raising questions about whether such incidents are on the rise.
The incidents in the Carolinas followed attacks at six substations in Oregon and Washington in October and November. Local news outlets reported on those events this week. Grid security experts said it’s too early to tell whether the incidents were related or unusual in number, but said they showcase a need for the energy industry to be vigilant and prepared.
The saboteur “knew exactly what they were doing to do the damage and cause the outage that they did,” Fields said.

String of electrical grid attacks in Pacific Northwest is unsolved
According to information obtained by Oregon Public Broadcasting and KUOW Public Radio, at least two of the incidents bear similarities to the attacks on substations in North Carolina on Saturday that left thousands of people without electricity for days.
After the attacks on substations in Oregon and Washington, the FBI and Oregon’s Titan Fusion Center issued a memo on Dec. 2 that warned utilities about the recent attacks. The fusion center gathers intelligence to investigate and prevent acts of terrorism.
The next day, two substations in North Carolina were damaged by gunfire, cutting electricity for days to tens of thousands of people.

Sheriff: Gunfire near Duke Energy SC facility not linked to NC grids shooting
A firearm was discharged from a speeding vehicle Wednesday evening on the opposite side of a road located about half a mile away from a Wateree Hydro Station in Ridgeway, South Carolina, Kershaw County Sheriff Lee Boan said in a Thursday afternoon post on the office's Facebook page.
"We currently have no evidence leading us to believe this incident involves any type of attack on the Duke Energy Hydro Station," Boan said in the post. "The shooting appears to be a random act and the only connection between the shooting and the hydro station is their proximity."

Organized Chaos or Random Acts of Violence?

The big question is: who did it? Was it a group of people or a lone runner? And also: why did they do it? Was it sabotage according to a planned scenario to fulfil an agenda? Or are these just random acts of violence?

The far right’s power grid fetish becomes a likely threat as reports of substation attacks roll in
Electrical infrastructure has become a key target for the most recent iterations of accelerationist neofascist groups like The Base and Atomwaffen SS. One such terrorist cell that targeted the January 2020 pro-gun protests in Richmond, Virginia, discussed targeting the power grid and cell towers in the area to debilitate any police response while disguised as both left-wing activists and as “3 Percent” militiamen, believing it would direct violence towards the groups blamed for the destruction.
A group of Marines who moved to Idaho from North Carolina tried to set up a terror cell that would conduct assassinations and other criminal acts targeting “leftists” and the government, using attacks on the Pacific Northwest power grid as their primary tool. In a propaganda video, the members of the neo-Nazi organization, which called itself “BSN,” could be seen practicing with firearms in the vicinity of high-power transmission lines.

Investigation has led to right wing extremists, according to media. And even the notorious 4Chan message board was mentioned because neo-Nazis supposedly posted messages on 4Chan regarding the power grid attacks. The 4Chan message board became famous after the mysterious Q started to post messages, around 2017.

Neo-Nazis Say Attack Leaving 40,000 Americans in Dark Is Only the Beginning
Amid a long-running campaign by far-right communities threatening to attack the nation's power grid, domestic extremists cheered when two still unattributed shootings at North Carolina substations plunged tens of thousands of people into darkness.
Another neo-Nazi publication warned that "these attacks will only continue" unless such events are not held.
A number of posts on message board 4Chan described specific tactics to cause further damage to the power grid, and others proposed conducting similar actions in larger cities such as New York and Washington, D.C. because they "are not majority white."

Attacks, plots similar to sabotage of North Carolina power grid have threatened infrastructure nationwide
The Homeland Security "National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin" issued on Nov. 30 said individuals and groups motivated by a range of ideological beliefs and personal grievances "continue to pose a persistent and lethal threat to the Homeland."
In April 2013, a group of suspects wielding high-powered rifles staged an attack in California's Silicon Valley, shooting up the Pacific Gas & Electric Company's Metcalf substation, riddling transformers with bullets, officials said. PG&E said the attack caused $15 million in damage and prompted the utility company to spend $100 million to beef up security at its substations, including installing intruder detection systems.

Strategic Attack of National Electrical Systems

Air University Press

Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, October 1994

The United States Air Force has long favored attacking electrical power systems. Electric power has been considered a critical target in every war since World War II, and will likely be nominated in the future.

“Guerrillas by Night Instead of Armies by Day“

The question remains: who did it? And we don't think that the United States Air Force did it, although they have "long favored attacking electrical power systems", according to their Strategic Attack of National Electrical Systems. May be a rogue group were involved?

White Hats and Black HatsPerhaps it was connected to the notorious Q, and this was a White Hats' action, to sabotage certain key points in the infrastructure of the cabal, Khazarian Mafia, deep state. And the blackout of thousands of households is part of collateral damage?

Or the Black Hats did it, in order to spread more chaos and to enforce the energy-crisis, climate change agenda. Maybe it was none of them, White nor Black Hats, who were responsible for these attacks.

Apparently it's a group who carried out the attacks. Did they carry out all the attacks, or are they part of a larger group, with individual cells operating on their own, taking orders from a central command structure?

Whoever is responsible for the attacks, they could be the ones President John F. Kennedy was referring to as: “guerrillas by night instead of armies by day“, during his address before the American Newspaper Publishers Association, on April 27, 1961.

President John F. Kennedy
Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, New York City
April 27, 1961
For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.
Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match.
Nevertheless, every democracy recognizes the necessary restraints of national security--and the question remains whether those restraints need to be more strictly observed if we are to oppose this kind of attack as well as outright invasion.

The Numbers

In our category: Power Outage, Black Out, Sabotage you can read an overview of news links, articles and reports, which can connect some dots, to see a bigger picture. It's like drawing by numbers.

Talking about numbers.  According to Wikipedia, the first attack that was widely reported by the media, was the Moore County, North Carolina attack, on 3.12.2022.

The date 3.12.2022
The day and month 3 + 1 + 2 = 6
The year 2 + 0 + 2 + 2 = 6
6 + 6 = 12
1 + 2 = 3

As you can see, the numbers 6 and 3 are prevalent in this situation.

Fifteen years after a permanent global blackout, a group of revolutionaries seek to drive out a tyrannical militia that's taken over the former United States of America.
What would you do without--everything? In this epic adventure, a family struggles to reunite in an American landscape void of electricity: a world of empty cities, local militias, and heroic freedom fighters, where every single piece of technology--computers, planes, cars, phones, even lights--has mysteriously blacked out forever.

Global Blackout?

A global blackout that will cause something like the notorious 3 days, or 10 days of darkness, is not something we expect. But it could be in the cards, on this timeline.

Will there be a Blue Beam of light visible for all of us to see, when big cities and villages are in the dark after the blackout, as a beacon of hope for humanity?

The war in Ukraine is still dominating the global mainstream media. Many reports about blackouts and power outages caused by this war. Other countries also experience blackouts, and this in not something unique or special. Especially during winter times.

May be it's not all coincidences and natural causes, and there's indeed something special going on, regarding the blackouts? Is this a prelude for a bigger event, orchestrated by the: “guerrillas by night instead of armies by day“?

You decide for you self.

Ukraine’s wartime winter: Which energy facilities are at risk?

South Africans are not alone, as Zimbabweans face 19-hour power cuts
When midnight strikes, most Zimbabweans jump out of bed to make stews, iron their clothes or collect water - capitalising on a few hours of electricity as the country reels from crippling power cuts.
The southern African country has long battled with outages but the problem has sharply worsened since its main generator, a hydro plant at the giant Kariba Dam, began to struggle with low water levels caused by recurring droughts.
