Return And Withdrawal Requests

• Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be returned within 2 weeks (fourteen days) after the product has been received.
• We only accept withdrawal requests and returned items if they have been submitted by e-mail.
• If you want to return an item, you have to send us an e-mail in advance.
• You have to send your e-mail within 1 week (seven days) after you have received your order.
• We have to receive the returned order within 2 weeks (fourteen days), after you you have received your order.


What to do if you received your order and you want to return your order:
Send us an e-mail within 1 week (seven days) after you have received your order.

• Explain in the e-mail: why you want to return it.
• A clear description of the errors of the item(s) you received.
• A clear photo of the error(s) of the item(s).
• The date when you received your order.
• The order number.
• Your name and address.
• The shipping name and address.


Items who have been returned without an e-mail notice in advance will not be processed for return.
We must receive your withdrawal / return request e-mail within 1 week (seven days) after you have received your order. This is because we want to avoid time delay, we also have to communicate with the factory.

Please DON'T return the items first and then send us an e-mail.
First send us an e-mail before returning the order. This is because your order was made and shipped in a location near the order or shipping address. We want to provide you with the right retour address, therefore you must send an e-mail in advance.

When we have received your e-mail, we will send you an e-mail reply with more information about the return address and the return process.

After you received our e-mail reply with information regarding the return shipping address, you can return your order and you have to send an e-mail to us with the following information:

A photo or image scan of the receipt (the receipt you received at the post office ) of the shipping return address, with the date and location of the post office, on the receipt.

Lost In Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via e-mail, no later than 2 weeks (fourteen days) after the estimated delivery date.

Product and Order Errors

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. These include errors such as:

• You received the wrong design.
For example: you ordered a t-shirt with design 'Ginger Lover', but you received another design on the t-shirt instead.
• You received the wrong color t-shirt.
For example: you ordered a blue t-shirt, but you received a red t-shirt instead.
• You received the wrong size.
For example: you ordered size: Medium, but you received size: Large instead.
• An error on the t-shirt, such as: factory / production errors and printing errors.


Claims deemed an error on your part are not covered at our expense. These include errors such as:

• You made the wrong choice of the size of the product.
If you received the size you ordered, but you want to return the order in exchange for a different size t-shirt. This is not possible. All t-shirts in our web shop have link to to a size chart. Consult the size chart for the t-shirt you want to order.
• Wrong shipment address. You made a mistake in the delivery address.

If the order was sent to the right address, as it was stated in the order form and on the shipping label, but you made a mistake in the delivery address. We will only process this as a return item if you do the following:
•  Send us an e-mail within 1 week (seven days) after the order was placed in our web shop.
• Write down in your e-mail clearly the following: the right shipping address.
• You have to pay the shipping costs of reshipping.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping costs.
• As soon as we have received the returned item and the shipping costs, we will send the order again to the correct shipping address.
• If we don't have received the returned item(s), then we can't ship it to the correct address.


All withdrawal requests will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases,
a refund will not be possible.
